Cedoka Global Limited provides digital services including website development, branding, software development, social media management, business consulting, and project management. All services are delivered as agreed in your project proposal or statement of work.
Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and US Dollars (USD). Payments are due as specified in your invoice or agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. Cedoka Global retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Cedoka Global is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
